About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Rapid Response Team at Searle House in Exeter. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based specialist palliative care and clinical advice to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the leadership of a Senior Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist palliative care and clinical advice
  • Liaise with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and wider community teams to ensure patients receive appropriate prioritization
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
