This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead the Specialist Palliative Care Team across Eastern services at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

The postholder will work closely with a specialist multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver specialist care for patients at the end of their lives, ensuring high-quality care and improving outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of specialist palliative care to patients in our care, working closely with a Nurse Consultant and Consultant in Palliative Medicine.
  • Develop and deliver education programs to improve the overall delivery of palliative and End of Life care across the Trust.
  • Collaborate with the Care Group Manager to plan and deliver specialist care for patients at the end of their lives.
