Job Summary:

The Team Leader is a key member of our management team, responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our stores. This includes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and leading by example to inspire and motivate our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage shifts to ensure seamless customer service and efficient operations.
  • Ensure all customers receive fast, friendly, and efficient service, with a focus on delivering appetizing and tasty products made to our company's recipe specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, with tidy and abundant displays.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, and ensure all team members adhere to these standards.
  • Follow Mystery Shopper guidelines and ensure all team members on shift adhere to the guidelines.
  • Support staff training and retention, helping to build a strong team that grows and progresses with the company.
  • Ensure cash control and profit protection measures are in place, and report any concerns to the management team.
  • Control staff labor costs and cost of sales on shift through effective scheduling and reaction to sales patterns.
  • Help and support new or trainee team members.

Performance Measures:

  • P&L results: control of food cost and wastage on shift.
  • Health and Safety audit results.
  • Profit protection check scores.
  • EHO scores.
  • Mystery Shopper results.
