The University of Bristol is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Temporary Staffing Service (TSS) team as an Administrator. As the first point of contact for the service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the TSS team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Manage a high volume of calls and emails, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with managers and workers to fill roles to tight deadlines, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including university staff and external agencies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TSS service.
