Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize the audit process for each engagement.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service through effective resource management and collaboration with relevant departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
- Provide clients with a proactive and efficient service, consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Identify challenges and collaborate with the client Partner or Director to agree on resolutions, keeping them informed of the job's progress.
- Maintain awareness of the commercial aspects of clients' businesses and their implications for our work.
- Conduct regular discussions with clients to confirm progress, identify solutions to any obstacles, and ensure reasonable expectations are met.
Qualifications and Skills
- ACA, CA, or ACCA qualified accountant.
- Proven audit and accounting experience within a UK Practice.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising team members and delegating tasks effectively.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Proficient in monitoring costs against budget for individual clients.
