Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect - Salesforce

Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months rolling contract

Location: Remote

Rate: £650 per day (Outside IR35)

Reports to: Global Programme Director

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Solution Architect to join our Global Transformation Programme team. This role is crucial for the successful implementation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ERP Finance solutions, strong knowledge of Finance and Project Systems, and exceptional leadership and analytical skills.

  • Act as the Enterprise Solution Architect for the design, build, and delivery of end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Provide architecture guidance and advice on system design, build, and complex configuration.
  • Lead workshops with the Systems Integrator, business stakeholders, SMEs, and BPOs throughout the implementation lifecycle, including Design, Testing, Data Migration, and hyper care cutover activities.
  • Offer in-depth knowledge of FI/CO submodules and Project Systems (PS) to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
  • Ensure effective integration with other modules, such as Procurement and Sales, to support Finance.
  • Support data activities, training, functional testing, interface testing, unit testing, regression, UAT, and business transition for go-live.
  • Provide functional support to internal stakeholders and business units related to the SAP system and landscape.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Provide detailed knowledge to the integration team for interfacing with third-party systems, such as CRM, HR, and Payroll.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP technologies, specifically S/4HANA Public Cloud.
  • At least 5 full S/4HANA implementation experiences as a Solution Architect, preferably in a global transformation programme.
  • Strong integration knowledge with third-party systems, particularly for billing.
  • Ability to determine project requirements and develop work schedules with the project team.
  • Strong team player who can manage the pressures of ERP implementations.
