Key Responsibilities- Lead Clinical Practice: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our clinical teams, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and operational excellence.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Oversee the implementation of quality and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards and regulations.
- Provide Expert Knowledge and Support: Share your expertise and provide guidance to colleagues, ensuring the delivery of integrated, whole-person treatment and care.
- Coach and Mentor: Develop and support the skills and knowledge of our clinical teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Competitive Salary: £170,000 per year
- Annual Leave Entitlement: 30 days plus bank holidays
- Study Leave and Budget: 5 days study leave, study budget, and in-house CPD/peer group programme
- Company Benefits: Company-paid Life Assurance scheme, contributory pension scheme, and more
- Fully GMC Registered: With a relevant medical qualification and experience in adult psychiatry and mental health diagnosis.

- Knowledge of Clinical Governance: Experienced in medical appraisals, clinical supervision, case investigation, and case management.
