About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Leisure People Recruitment. As a Finance Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the financial management of our clients' businesses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing expert financial guidance to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial trends and developing workable solutions to improve business performance.
- Financial Reporting: Produce high-quality financial management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing insightful analysis to stakeholders.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, finance teams, and external partners.
- Business Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance financial management, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified, Part-Qualified, or Qualified by Experience accountant.
- Experience: Proven experience in finance and accounting, ideally within a similar multi-site operations business like leisure, recreation, retail, or hospitality.
- Skills: Excellent IT skills, including advanced/intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, and full driving license.
