Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially aware New Business Executive to join our team at Dawsongroup bus & coach. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing long-term business opportunities, creating business from new and existing customer accounts, and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven sales and business development experience
