About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Cleaning team as a Cleaning Team Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff in a clinical setting, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Monitor and report any faults or issues with equipment or facilities to the site manager
  • Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and safe working practices
  • Train and develop cleaning staff in all aspects of cleaning
  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, polishing and dusting
  • Use electrical cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively

About You

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Experience of cleaning to high standards
  • Experience of supervising a team
  • Basic understanding of different cleaning methods and equipment
  • Basic awareness of Health and Safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
