Job Description

C. Watkins Plumbing Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise directly employed and subcontract site teams on new build residential schemes to ensure adequate resource and production.
  • Provide regular progress reports and trackers to stakeholders.
  • Schedule and arrange the delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Plan and manage plant and hire equipment on site.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety, including site-based inspections and audits.
  • Conduct inductions and safety briefings for site personnel.
  • Attend weekly meetings and liaise with clients and other contractors.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards through regular inspections and audits.

Essential Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds Electrical Installations – Level 3.
  • AM2 – Practical Assessment.
  • 18th Edition (amendment).

Additional Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and navigate complex construction sites.
  • Manual handling skills, including assisting with unloading heavy deliveries.
  • High-level and low-level questioning skills.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • CSCS Card – Gold Installers Advanced.
  • CITB – Site Management Safety Training Scheme Qualification.
  • First Aid Certification (desirable).
