Blue Legal is a leading provider of professional services, seeking a highly skilled Proposals Manager to join our team. As a Proposals Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our business development strategy, working closely with our Financial and Business Services divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tender best practice processes to ensure consistency and quality across the firm.
  • Qualify and develop high-quality proposals within client-defined timeframes, working closely with the Business Development Director.
  • Facilitate research and content development to support specific tenders, collaborating with the tender team to ensure tailored documents.
  • Manage proposal templates, documents, and pitch presentations, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date reporting of the firm's opportunity pipeline.
  • Liaise with international teams to obtain content for joint proposals, providing support with managing feedback and ensuring information is shared internally for continued improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Professional Services environment, with a proven track record in proposal/bids roles.
  • Able to translate technical issues into accessible language, clearly and concisely, with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
