Job Title: Senior Proposals Manager

Lifelancer is seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposals Manager to lead our proposal development processes and timelines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality proposals that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead proposal development and submission processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality proposals.
  • Develop complex RFP/RFI content, including budgets and strategic text, in response to client requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposal strategies and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Provide guidance and training to proposal team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to develop high-quality proposals.
  • Act as an expert resource to internal and external customers, providing support and guidance on proposal development and submission processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in proposal management, with a minimum of 3 years in a global setting.
  • Strong Excel, financial, and writing skills, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing proposals for full-service opportunities.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, including the ability to create complex formulas and link data.
