Agricultural Equipment Sales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Agricultural Equipment Sales Consultant to join our team at Masons Kings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive business growth
  • Sell new and used equipment to customers, leveraging your knowledge and expertise
  • Cross-sell other Masons Kings services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop skills in line with a Personal Development plan to stay ahead in the industry
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from point of sale through to product support
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive business success
  • Participate in a weekend rota to meet the demands of the role

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an agricultural sales role, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong self-motivation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to structure, plan, organize, and control your time to meet the demands of both sales and service functions
  • Confident in the use of IT systems and tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends, as required
