Agricultural Equipment Sales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Agricultural Equipment Sales Consultant to join our team at Masons Kings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive business growth
  • Sell new and used equipment to meet customer needs
  • Cross-sell other Masons Kings services to enhance customer experience
  • Develop skills in line with a Personal Development plan to stay ahead in the industry
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from point of sale through to product support
  • Build strong and loyal relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Participate in a weekend rota to meet business demands

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an agricultural sales role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong self-motivation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to structure, plan, organize, and control own time to meet sales and service demands
  • Confident use of IT systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends
