Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Wynne Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading medium-sized projects and ensuring they are completed within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Successful completion of medium-sized projects
  • Ensuring work is carried out within budget
  • Effectively organizing resources to meet deadlines
  • Coordinating activities with other departments to achieve goals
  • Holding regular progress meetings with the team and producing reports for the Board
  • Site inspections to ensure high levels of quality are maintained
  • Health and Safety enforcement
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure Variations are identified and valued accordingly
  • Dealing with Contractual Matters that may arise
  • Reporting directly to the Directors/Board

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
