Senior Projects Lawyer Opportunity

Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on an exclusive basis for the recruitment into their legal team. We are looking for a Projects Lawyer to join the team at a really exciting time, with various major projects coming up in the region for the successful candidate to get involved in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly line managing 2 Projects Lawyers, 1 Highways and Planning Lawyer and 1 Legal Assistant.
  • Deputising for the Principal Lawyer and assisting with training and development of junior members.
  • Providing support and oversight on major projects of strategic importance.
  • Attending project board meetings.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive.
