Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Import LCL Clerk to join our team in a Freight Forwarding organization. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling LCL Import shipments for airfreight and seafreight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Raise invoices and internal files to maintain accurate financial records
  • Pass supplier invoices for prompt payment
  • Communicate with Shipping lines, hauliers, and depots to arrange collections and deliveries
  • Ensure all customer deadlines are met, guaranteeing timely delivery of shipments
  • Monitor and follow up on shipment deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a freight forwarding or logistics environment
  • Proven experience handling LCL import shipments, with a strong understanding of airfreight and seafreight operations
  • Proficiency in CNS, Destin8, or Multi-freight systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
