About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will help to deliver our Company's mission being the 'UK's Galvanizer of choice' through leading a team that delivers high-quality products and service to all our customers. You will be based in a factory environment and your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the safety of the shift and visitors by supervising safe working practices.
  • Developing shift members to enable multi-tasking capability.
  • Ensuring shift personnel follow quality compliance needs, including defect reporting and implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Completing H&S compliance monitoring.
  • Suggesting and implementing improvements to facilities and the work environment.

A valid Counterbalance FLT license would be advantageous but not essential. We offer a permanent 40-hour contract, with gross pay of £31,200 - £33,280 per annum. You will also have the opportunity to complete overtime to enhance your income, and you will be entitled to 25 days holiday (plus statutory days) per calendar year, as well as enhanced pay for other leave. We also offer a company pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and cycle to work scheme.
