About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial and Pricing Analyst to join our team at Vermelo RPO. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our pricing models and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth retail price optimization analysis and modeling to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated customer propensity and Life Time Value (LTV) models using advanced statistical techniques.
  • Design and implement innovative data solutions to extract insights and present data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pricing, underwriting, and data science, to advance the adoption of data science and statistical techniques.
  • Communicate results to key decision-makers across the business, providing actionable recommendations to inform commercial decisions and strategic price changes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in general insurance pricing, with a strong understanding of predictive modeling techniques.
  • Expertise in statistical and data science programming languages, including R, Python, PySpark, SAS, and SQL.
  • A good quantitative degree in a field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Actuarial Science.
  • Experience with WTW's Radar software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
