Senior Pricing Analyst

At Vermelo RPO, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Retail Pricing team, you'll play a crucial role in building and shaping our pricing models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct retail price optimisation analysis and modelling to drive business growth
  • Develop customer propensity and Life Time Value (LTV) models using advanced statistical techniques
  • Create innovative data solutions to uncover new insights and present data in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with peers in pricing, underwriting, and data science to advance the adoption of data science and statistical techniques
  • Communicate results to key decision makers across the business to inform commercial decisions and strategic changes to prices

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in general insurance pricing with a strong understanding of predictive modelling techniques
  • Proficiency in statistical and data science programming languages (e.g. R, Python, PySpark, SAS, SQL)
  • A good quantitative degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science)
  • Experience with WTW's Radar software is a plus
