This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic team within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of success in overseeing all aspects of the Rooms Division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor front office staff, concierge, housekeeping, and F&B teams, encompassing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and scheduling.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control all financial operations within the Rooms Division, including group billing, rate verification, sales reconciliation, petty cash management, and room inventory control.
- Guest Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Effectively address guest inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and professional resolutions.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to health & safety, hygiene, and operational standards. Conduct regular room and property inspections to maintain impeccable standards.
- Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the completion of monthly inspection reports and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines for staffing levels within the Rooms Division.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role managing a hotel with 100+ bedrooms. You will be highly organized, efficient, and possess exceptional multitasking abilities. Strong team management and leadership skills are essential for success in this position.
