About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients' conditions and provide essential support and care
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care as directed by the Registered Nurse
  • Ensure patient dignity and respect are maintained at all times
  • Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a Mental Health hospital environment within the last 3 years
  • Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
