Welder Specialist

As a skilled Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting drawings and plans to develop and design welding projects, ensuring that all specifications and standards are met.
- Develop and design welding projects based on technical specifications and drawings.
- Interpret and apply welding procedures, specifications, and standards in engineering construction.
- Lay out, fit, measure, and weld metals to create desired shapes or objects.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Inspect and test welds for durability and compliance with specified standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Provide updates to the Fabrication Supervisor on job progress and any issues that may arise.
To be considered for this position, you will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a welding role, preferably in an engineering setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
