Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will be responsible for inspecting damage on vehicles, estimating repair costs, and communicating with clients and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspecting damage on vehicles to assess repair costs and timescales
  • Estimating damage and inputting workflow onto systems, including Audatex
  • Identifying the most cost-effective repair method
  • Communicating with clients and insurance companies in a professional manner
  • Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues
  • Working closely with warranty and insurance paperwork
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • NVQ or IMI level 3 ideally, but we will also consider level 2 with experience
  • Experience in using Audatex
