Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective targets.

  • Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate threats.

Requirements

  • People management experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the property portal or online sales industry.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain and grow clients over the medium and long-term.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and objection handling skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to metrics.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Consultative selling style with account management techniques.
  • Ability to navigate a large organisation and align stakeholders.
