About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Brand Safety Standards Programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving consistent and effective management of globally applicable Significant Risks related to health and safety and physical security across our portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain global materials relating to the BSS Programme, including risk evaluation materials, internal training materials, and market-facing materials.
  • Consult with stakeholders to review IHG's health and safety and physical security risk experience and ensure the BSS Programme continues to provide meaningful control against evolving Significant Risks.
  • Devise and implement effective processes to ensure relevant BSS are applied across all lifecycle stages, and exceptions processes are subject to effective controls.

Requirements

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to seek out insight and data that can drive decision making.
  • Fluency in the built environment aspects of fire safety, health and safety, and physical security.
  • Substantial experience of leading technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
