We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a leading provider of NHS services to secure environments, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical assessment and diagnosis to patients, and making timely decisions regarding their future management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis to patient's requirements and make timely decisions regarding future management
  • Prescribe for patients, regularly review medications and monitor repeat prescriptions
  • Provide a highly specialist resource to other members of the healthcare team at site, as well as the patients you work with, having active involvement in clinical governance and effectiveness activities

Requirements

  • MBChB or MBBS
  • Inclusion on the GMC Register and GP Performers List
  • Evidence of engagement with annual appraisal
  • Experience working as a General Practitioner in community general practice
  • Ability to work with patients with a history of substance misuse
