Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paddle Sports Coach to join our team at Flat Fee Recruiter. As a Paddle Sports Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching and instruction to our clients, focusing on canoeing, kayaking, and sailing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coaching and instruction to clients of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans and training programs
  • Assess and evaluate client progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high-quality client experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Paddle Sports Coach or Instructor
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g. British Canoeing, British Rowing)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and school holidays
