About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team at Educators Wales. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and elevates our brand profile.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including day-to-day tasks and projects.
  • Assist in creating engaging content for internal and external communications, including electronic newsletters and marketing materials.
  • Manage the company's marketing email inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to protect and enhance the Educators Wales brand.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum two GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C and above) or equivalent with a good standard of literacy.
  • Full driving license with use of own vehicle.
  • Desirable: Marketing experience and proficiency in Welsh language.
