About the Position As a Vision Care Specialist at Boots, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional patient and customer service. Collaborating closely with the Practice Manager, Optical Teams, and Clinical Governance Optometrists, you will foster an environment where integrity and patient care are paramount. Infusing your dynamic personality into the daily operations of the practice, you will ensure seamless teamwork and efficiency. Cultivating enduring relationships with colleagues, customers, and local healthcare professionals will be a key aspect of your role. A competitive compensation package is available, with a salary of up to GBP65,000 per annum, an attractive performance-related bonus of up to GBP1200 per quarter, and a welcome bonus of up to GBP10,000.
