Job Description:

Our client, a reputable hotel in a coastal town, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the main restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses to achieve budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and other relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health and safety protocols, and other relevant laws and regulations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum.
