**The Role...**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Beverage Attendant to join our team.

Key responsibilities of the Beverage Attendant will include:

- Warmly welcoming guests ensuring that your voice, manner and behaviour portrays a warm, welcoming and friendly demeanour at all times
- Provide prompt and professional Food & Beverage Service at all times
- Be familiar with Service Standards, monitoring adherence to these and ensuring staff are trained as required and aware of these standards
- Supporting the team in a hands on approach in setting up & clearing tables
- To ensure that bar service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness and hygiene, and the cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily basis
- Have previous/current experience within a similar role, working behind a bar
- Have a strong foundation on the "art of mixology" and classic cocktails
- Have a good product knowledge in all aspects of beverage (i.e. wines, spirits, beer, etc)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a friendly, bubbly, flexible attitude and have an** **infectious drive to be creative.
- Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage workload effectively

**Salary and Contract**

This position is available on a zero hour contract, with the role requiring flexibility as the hours that are available will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
