Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our client, a multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, in their Birmingham office. The ideal candidate will have experience in dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work, contract administration, project management, and specification writing.
