Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor specializing in Highways to oversee critical urban transportation projects. This role is pivotal in enhancing infrastructure through the development of cycle paths, pedestrian crossings, and dedicated bus lanes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site operations in accordance with the NEC 4 option C contract.
  • Supervise the implementation of urban transportation enhancements, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors to achieve project milestones within the established framework.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Plan and oversee extended working hours, including weekends and night shifts as necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication between project teams and client representatives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in supervising highway and civil engineering projects.
  • A solid understanding of NEC contract management, particularly NEC 4 option C.
  • Proficiency in managing urban transportation initiatives.
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including extended shifts and weekends.
  • A valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
