Highway Supervisor

VGC Group are looking for experienced Supervisor to start on a project in Winchester.

Hours: 10 hour shifts

Contract: Contract Type

Qualifications: Gold NVQ LVL 3 Supervisor Card, SSSTS, Safety Critical Medical, must have own transport, ideally highways experience.

Lead and supervise a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
Conduct regular team meetings and briefings to communicate project updates and safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement and maintain safety protocols to minimize risk and prevent accidents.
Maintain accurate records of resource usage and inventory levels.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time, including timesheets, permits, and inspection reports.
You will accrue holiday entitlement and be eligible to join the VGC pension scheme once certain criteria have been met.
