About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our recruitment efforts and oversee the hiring process at Monday. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our success by strategizing recruitment, managing the team, and ensuring we attract and onboard the best candidates across various fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, mentorship, and training.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives to meet the organization's hiring goals.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand through various recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements to contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Create, develop, and drive talent acquisition strategy.
  • Lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent, and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Implement strategies to position Monday as an employer of choice within the industry.
Your Experience & Skills

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years' experience as a team lead in a hi-tech company.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience in talent sourcing and assessment methodologies.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle many requirements simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a competitive drive for success.
  • High level of energy, motivation, initiative, and professionalism.
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of local country law related to recruitment.
  • BA in Social Science/Behavioural Science or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences.
  • Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
