Treasury Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Manager to join our Finance team at NEC Software Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expertise on all aspects of banking and cash management across our multi-entity, multi-currency organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective cash forecasting and variance analysis processes
- Provide regular updates to the CFO and Group Finance Director on cash management and banking activities
- Manage payments to suppliers and group entities, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Contribute to improvement projects and integration of acquired subsidiaries, maintaining strong relationships with banks and other stakeholders
- Preferably a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or Accountancy or Treasury professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or ACT)
- Qualified by experience would also be considered
- Self-motivator with proven experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills to identify control deficiencies, provide and deliver solutions
- Proficiency in financial software and MS office, Intermediate Excel skills are essential
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Experience in foreign exchange hedging
- Understanding of cash pooling and sweeping within a large group
