About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Nursery Assistant at our Berryfields Day Nursery in Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding care and education for our children.

As a Nursery Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to learn and grow. You will be responsible for supporting the daily routines of the children, including feeding, bathing, and settling them for sleep. You will also assist with planning and implementing activities that promote learning and development, such as arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have recent experience of caring for children aged five and under, ideally in an early years setting. You will also need to be able to provide 'right to work in the UK' documentation and evidence of any qualifications essential to the role. A DBS check and satisfactory references will also be required prior to commencing employment with us.
