Job Description

We are recruiting Care Assistants to provide care and support to people living in the S21 area. As a Care Assistant, you will provide personal care that protects people's dignity, promote independence using enabling approaches, support people to meet their outcomes, connect people to their communities, deliver personalized care through individual choice and control, and be a strong and effective communicator.

Requirements
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively

  • Valid UK driving license (for drivers)
Working Hours

As a Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which include late shift working and alternate weekends. You will work a 2-week rota, which includes alternate full weekends and evenings as agreed within your working hours.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: £12.30 p/hr (drivers) - travel time included. Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.
