We are committed to delivering exceptional results through our Group Transformation & Change Team, which manages projects centrally and assembles resources for project delivery from the Group IT Projects Team. Our teams deliver a range of projects, including IT integration of acquired businesses, strategic IT projects, operational process design, and other requests from across the Group.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled Transformation PMO Specialist to support the Head of Centre of Excellence in the adoption of our new Strategic Management Portfolio process and application (SPM). The successful candidate will develop and deliver best practices, own the Transformation Hub (SharePoint Document Repository), and work closely with the PMO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the embedding of programme and project management methodologies and best practices across Transformation & Change to enhance the delivery of change initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training and logistics associated with the SPM platform and process.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) Lead to develop and deploy enhancements to the tool.
  • Engage with business sponsors, leads, and subject matter experts to promote tool adoption and future requirements.
  • Support delivery teams to continuously improve methodology, approach, practice, and delivery where required.
  • Work with the Transformation & Change project management community to ensure adoption of SPM and related processes.
  • Owning the Transformation Hub SharePoint site and being responsible as a SharePoint admin and future development.
  • Collaborate with the PMO to develop and enhance processes and training for the project management community.
  • Support the Head of Centre of Excellence Manager with all activities within the team.

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills in a transformation-focused environment.
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle from discovery to BAU.
  • Extensive industry experience.
  • P3O, PRINCE 2, or equivalent.
  • SharePoint Admin/development.
  • ServiceNow SPM (desirable).
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Commercial awareness of Davies Group.
  • Ability to work in a team and across all levels.
  • Attention to detail.
