We are seeking a skilled Training Lead to join our team, responsible for delivering designated training across the Health Records Service and, when necessary, across the wider administrative and clinical groups within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement training programs for the Health Records Service, including paperlite working, document scanning, culling, and destruction of patient records, as well as the use of Patient Management Systems such as TrakCare and Clinical Portal.
  2. Redesign training packages for health records operational processes and TrakCare Patient Management System.
  3. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and provide individual support and guidance across the Acute Health Records Service and the wider organization when required.
  4. Assume designated operational responsibilities within the Health Records service.
  5. Collaborate with the Health Records Service to execute their responsibilities as outlined in the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Policy Statement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess in-depth knowledge of Health Records gained through experience, education, or professional qualifications. Experience in delivering training and/or expertise in using patient management or clinical systems is highly desirable.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday
