About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will play a critical role in providing an excellent customer experience through the accurate and timely processing of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Support the internal sales function by providing accurate quotations to support the sales cycle.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure agreed deadlines or SLAs are achieved.
  • Own customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to achieve early resolution.
  • Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales.
  • Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Manager.
