As a Sales Operations Executive, you'll provide an excellent customer experience through the accurate and timely processing of sales orders. You'll assist the internal sales function by providing accurate quotations to support the sales cycle and help the business achieve both team and company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily order loading, including any electronic order processing.
  • Supporting all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets.
  • Prioritizing own tasks to ensure agreed deadlines or SLAs are achieved.
  • Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
  • Developing strong relationships with Internal Sales.
  • Escalating any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Manager.
