We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Search. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and colleagues, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Front Desk Support: Greet clients and visitors, handle incoming calls, and respond to basic queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Facilities Support: Provide assistance with Health and Safety checks, ordering office supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Administrative Support: Assist with a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
- Event Support: Assist with the preparation and execution of meetings and events, including providing refreshments and ensuring a smooth logistics process.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 6 weeks of experience in an administrative or reception role, with exposure to facilities management.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
