Reed Business Support is working with a well-established law firm seeking a skilled Legal Administrator/Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a Trainee Paralegal role, where they will have the chance to study for exams and become a fully qualified Paralegal. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, processing paperwork, and handling office mail and distribution. They will also be required to operate a front-of-house service, welcoming visitors to the office and answering calls. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
