工作职责：
会计管理：
- 负责集团英国业务的账户维护，确保会计信息的质量。
- 支持审计工作，管理当前余额。
- 处理外部审计，发布各种法定报表、管理报表及专项财务分析。
财务管理：
- 根据集团的商业计划，负责公司的财务规划和支出预算；制定年度和月度财务目标及工作计划，并在获得批准后实施。
- 协助集团进行与英国业务相关公司的现金流预测；为股东安排额外投资资金和银行贷款预算。
资金收付管理：
- 处理银行支付录入和对账；协调银行发出支付指令。
- 核对员工薪资计算数据；确保个人所得税和养老金保险的合规，提交并扣除每月法定养老金数据。
- 根据合规和风险管理完成现金收付流程，强化内部控制，严格执行公司的制度，确保日常采购和各类支出管理的合规性。
- 负责英国项目的银行资金安全，及时检查银行余额。
银行融资：
- 与金融机构保持良好的合作关系，协助集团改善年度银行审计，探索企业贷款、结构性资本解决方案及其他财富管理产品的商业机会。
- 计算公司投资活动的融资成本，提供最经济的补偿方式。
税务合规：
- 核对并支付或退还商业税款。
- 根据法律法规为公司及其他集团公司进行税务规划，降低税负和风险。
- 组织并实施英国财务法律法规的指导方针和政策，监督公司遵守英国的财务法律法规，以保护公司的合法运营和权益。
其他职责：
- 参与商业决策：根据决策权限批准各类财务事项；参与重大项目的可行性研究并提供决策支持。
- 对董事会负责，确保英国公司的财务安全。
- 完成集团领导交办的其他任务。
成功所需的技能：
- 本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计或相关专业，符合英国会计专业资格要求，熟悉英国会计准则，ACCA资格优先。
- 拥有超过5年的企业工作经验和3年以上的财务管理经验，能够独立负责公司的财务工作；有中国企业工作经验者优先。
- 熟悉英国税法，能够正确处理税务相关事务。
- 熟悉英国金融市场，具备英国项目的融资经验和能力。
- 积极务实的态度，良好的财务分析能力、执行能力、沟通能力，能够承受工作压力。
- 熟练使用Powerpoint、Excel和Word等办公工具，具备较强的写作能力。
- 流利的普通话和英语（均为工作语言），能够用中文撰写报告。
