Quality Assurance / Security Specialist - Key Responsibilities:
This position will concentrate on the Quality Management Framework, Internal Continuous Improvement Initiatives, and Security Protocols.

Quality Responsibilities:
  • Upholding the organization's quality protocols, standards, and specifications
  • Collaborating with procurement teams to define quality expectations from external vendors
  • Ensuring manufacturing processes comply with international and national standards (ISO 9001 and AS9100)
  • Identifying opportunities to minimize waste and enhance operational efficiency
  • Establishing quality protocols in partnership with operational teams
  • Monitoring performance through data collection and generating statistical reports
  • Utilizing relevant quality tools and ensuring staff comprehension of business improvement strategies
  • Conducting internal audits on the Quality Management Framework to assess its effectiveness
  • Providing training to both new and existing personnel on the Quality Management Framework

Security Responsibilities:
  • Holding ultimate responsibility for overseeing all security measures and related accreditations, compliance, and activities across the organization.
  • Fully accountable for documenting and maintaining the Security Policy and Risk Management Accreditation Documentation
  • Developing and updating policies in accordance with HMG and Industry standards
  • Managing contractual obligations and associated actions, including logging and distributing Security Aspects Letters, policy management, and conducting audits
  • Actively overseeing the security vetting processes
  • Participating in various Security conferences

Quality Assurance / Security Specialist - Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
  • Proven experience in developing policies in alignment with ISO 9001 is essential
  • Ability to remain adaptable and responsive to evolving customer needs
  • Familiarity with the industrial sector or a willingness to enhance skills in this area.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Experience in developing policies in accordance with ISO standards is essential
  • Familiarity with UK MOD security policies and their implementation would be advantageous
  • Ability to remain adaptable and responsive to evolving customer needs

All employees are required to undergo pre-employment screening and must meet clearance criteria for UK Security Vetting to CTC Level.
