About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in influencing change, identifying challenges, and developing strategies to mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise Schools and Non-School Institutions on the direction and impact of our transformation programmes, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
  • Lead and manage communication and consultation processes, fostering a positive culture of change throughout the University.
  • Collaborate with the Change and Programme Management Office and other Change Partners to ensure successful and consistent implementation of changes.
About You
  • You will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience in embedding transformational change is essential, with a recognised change or transformation qualification/certification being advantageous.
  • This role is ideal for those who enjoy strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement, with a passion for connecting people, themes, and ideas together.
