Job Description

**Regulatory Compliance Manager**

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team at Blush & Bloom Talent Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet regulatory standards across the UK, EU, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all regulatory aspects for both new and existing products, ensuring compliance with cosmetic regulations globally.
  • Monitor emerging legislation and guide internal teams through the regulatory process.
  • Develop and maintain regulatory processes to ensure efficient compliance operations.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders, addressing regulatory queries and requests.
  • Oversee global product registrations, notifications, and shipping compliance.
  • Collaborate with trade and regulatory bodies to ensure certification and documentation are in line with national and international regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of three direct reports, supporting their professional growth and ensuring team objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in cosmetic regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
